Warm Up:

10 Bar OHS
10 Bar Good Morning
10 Sit Ups
10 Bar Push Press
10 Ring Rows


WOD:

7 rnds
10 Pullups
10 Dips
10 Knees to Elbows
Broad Jump (start at "graffiti wall", broad jump to end of mat and back to wall)

All workouts will be scaled to your individual fitness level.
