Warm Up:
10x staggered pushups
10x lateral raise
10x shoulder dislocates, regular and reverse grip
10x ballistic warmup on bench
Max pullup in 1 min re-test
STRENGTH:
Bench Press 1RM
WOD:
AMRAP in 8 min
10 Box Jump 24/20
10 Pullup
