The sum of the best of 3 attempts at 1 rep max for back squat, shoulder press and deadlifts.

(I have calulated the weight of all of your warm up sets and the 1RM for each 0f the lifts).

Yoga Stretch

All workouts will be scaled to your individual fitness level.
