Monday WOD

Buy In:
20 ea. leg box step ups w/ pvc shoulder press
20 ea. leg pulses on box w/ rolling pvc front/back
How about practicing 10 of those burpee power cleans.
What the heck is a half get-up and what weight will you use?
What is your max height box jump?
