10 FULL ROM HSPU- scale however you need to get all the way down & up!
WOD:

Wallball 20/14
Medball Clean 20/14
Burpees
Weighted Abmat 20/15
Box Jumps 24/20
Score is total reps
All workouts will be scaled to your individual fitness level.
