Burgener Warm UP, 10 "Active Shoulder", 5 Snatch Balance

Max Dip Re-Test (scale exactly as you did at the beginning of December)

WOD:
10 min AMRAP
20 Squats
10 Dips

All workouts will be scaled to your individual fitness level.
