Thanks for another great workout! Will the WOD results not get posted any more? I noticed the menu changed and it's now gone.
ReplyDeleteI bought all the vitamins recommended from the seminar, but am a little apprehensive in starting them. Do I use the recommendations on the bottle? I thought I heard someone mentioning that we need to double-up on fish oil.
I was wondering the same thing about the results. Thanks for asking Wendy.
