Warmup: 2 min DU, 15 each of single arm circles, internal/external arm rotations, bent torso rotation, inchworms, PVC OHS then... 10 clean pulls and accumulate 2 min in tripod headstand(partner up with spotter).

My abs are definitely feeling the effects of the GHD!! I scored a 201 thanks to the double-unders.
