115 Press
305 DL
Back Squat - 280 (15 lb PR)
ReplyDeletePress - 135 (went for 155 but got stuck on the 2nd and 3rd attempts
Deadlift - 325 (maxed out the bar's collars but I felt I could've gone up another 20lbs.
Total = 740
Back squat- 105# which was a 5# PR

Deadlift- 174# which was a 24#PR, AND it was my first time with 2x body weight!!!
I had a 17# PR over my previous back squat (195#). A 255 PR deadlift and my press improved by 5#
