Mobility:
band dbl elbow stretch 2min, 1 min each leg- hip/quad wall stretch, Partner PNF floor hip/ham

Warm Up:

3 rnds:
100m run
15 Wallball
10 release hand push ups
5 empty bar RDL (slow)
5 strict pull ups

WOD:

25 ball slam

5 Burpees
