Warm Up:
3 Minute DU practice. 100m high knee skips, 100 m fanny wackers. 10 OH Squats with empty bar. 10 KB Swings. 10 abmat.

Buy in:

Warm up Front Squat.
Warm up KB Jerk.

12 Kettlebell Jerks 70/53#

Cash out:

46 Burpees
5 30 Second Plank Holds
