Warm Up:3 minutes double unders, PVC shoulder,10x bridge shoulder rocks, plow to straddle, bow & bend.

OH Barbell Walk 200m

WOD:
5 Rounds:
Medicine ball throw to curb. 20#/15# (overhead, under, side, however you need to get it there)
25 Slam balls
Ball throw back to gym
5 Burpees
