Tuesday Thrusters, Deadlifts

Warm Up:100m run, 50m low side shuffle each leg, 10x: broad jumps, scorpions, iron crosses, PVC shoulder.

Buy in:Handstands/HSPU's
Warmup to 5rm thruster
then Warm up to 3rm deadlift

Deadlift

WOD:
3 Rounds:
25 Slam Balls
20 Stick jumps over Parallette
10 Warrior Burpee



All workouts will be scaled to your individual fitness level.
