OHS 3-3-3-3-3

Warm Up:
50m high knees, 50m jog back, 50m fanny wackers, 50m jog back, 50m side shuffle, 50m side shuffle back. Step over the fence, squat under the imaginary fence 6 times each leg, PVC shoulder, 10 GHD or toes to bar.

Buy in:
OHS Mechanics- show those armpits & squeeze those scaps!
Empty bar then work up to 3rm.

For reps:
1 minute Ball Cleans 20#/14#
2 minute Parallette Shoot Thrus
3 minute Knees 2 Elbows- floor

Cash out: 4 Burpees
