Warm Up:Junk Yard Dog warm up.
Burgener Warm up: 3reps each of: dip/shrug, elbows high & wide, muscle snatch, OH snatch lands to 2", 4", 6" deep, snatch drops. Skill transfers: 3x Snatch PP behind neck, Pressing balance, Heaving balance, snatch balance, high hang snatch.

5X EMPTY BAR, 5x 50%1rm, 5x75% 1RM

100 ball slams for time 20#/15#
