15 Rounds of "Cindy"

Warm Up:
300m run, Burgener Warm-up, CrossFit WU x 2

Buy in:
8 Burpees. Then, Get upside down! Practice handstands.

WOD:

15 rnds for time:

5 Pull-Ups
10 Push-Ups
15 Squats

Cash out:
Stretch shoulders, pecs and hips

All workouts will be scaled to your individual fitness level.
