Deadlifts & Bench Press

Warm Up:
PVC Shoulder dislocates, arm circles, hip circles, ankle circles, 10 x straddle to plow, lying punts.

Buy in:
Warm up to 1 RM Deadlift
Warm up to 1 RM Bench Press

Strength:

Deadlift 1-1-1-1-1
Bench Press 5-1-10-1-5

WOD:

25 Pullups
25 Pushups
25 Mountain Climbers (each leg)


All workouts will be scaled to your individual fitness level.
