Strength:
Deadlift 5 5 3 3 1

WOD: "Bull in a Ring"
Max Rounds in 2 mins of:
5 Tuck Jumps
5 Situps
5 Ball Slam
5 Squat Thrust

Rest for 1 min and repeat for 5 Rounds

Cash out:
Max Superman Hold; stomach, side, side, back
