Inch worms, Snowboarders, Platypus, Squat hops, Samson Stretch, PVC

Deadlift 3 x 5 then:

10 minutes
on the minute:


5 Burpee
Finish minute with Thrusters 75#/55#

Cash Out:
Daily Burpees 21 or catch up.
Stretch
