Choose an exercise that challenges you. Perform 1 rep the first minute, 2 reps the second minute etc., until you can no longer perform the number of reps in the required minute.
It is not as easy as it sounds.
Skills: Handstand Pushups, Snatch
All workouts will be scaled to your individual fitness level.

(That was after 20 minutes of row, situps, box jumps and squats!!)
