Sat WOD: The Bear Complex

Da Bear!

Increasing weight each round till max.
5 Rounds

7 sets of sequence:
Clean
Front Squat
Push Press
Back Squat
Push Press

Cannot release grip between sets. Increase weight between rounds and rest as needed.
