Fri WOD - Tabata This!

8 intervals of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest of each of 5 movements:

Row
Squats
Pullups
Pushups
Situps

Rest 1 minute between movements

Skills: Cleans in all their variations.


All workouts will be scaled to your individual fitness level.
