5 Rounds for Time:
10 Bench Press (something that challenges her)
10 Towel Pull-ups (something she sucks at)
10 Weighted Situps (something she is good at)
10 Burpees (something she hates)
10 Double Unders (anything other than running!)
All workouts will be scaled to your individual fitness level.
