Thursday WOD - Danielle

All workouts will be scaled to your individual fitness level.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

6 pullups
9 DB clean and press 25#(15#)
12 Box Jumps 20"(16")

This WOD is named after our resident BADASS Danielle, who has to try and behave herself as she has tendinitous in both shoulders. Sorry Danielle.
