We have had a request to do some classic Women Named WOD's to create your baseline times, so here we go:

Skills - kipping pullups
Max squats in 5 minutes then

"Kelly"
5 rounds for time

400 m run
30 box jumps 24"(20")
30 wall ball 20#(15#)
