You choose the exercise that challenges you the most, or the one that you hate the most, or the one that you suck at the most.
Perform 1 rep the first minute, 2 reps the second minute, 3 reps the third minute etc., until you can no longer perform the required number of reps within that minute.

Jill and Nancy kicked butt with 15# wall balls-
ReplyDeleteminute 13(91) and minute 15(120)!
Amanda thought "this sounds easy" but after 16 rounds of push-ups she thought otherwise! Way to go Amanda! 136 push-ups!
Danielle was impressive with 80# Clean and Jerks- 6min +6 totaling 27!! This girl is STRONG!
Oh- and we finished with Tabata Squats rest on the "low". "This isn't resting"- Danielle
