Opening Day Workout




Thanks to all the 35+ people who showed up to participate in our open house workout: Football game with a CrossFit twist:





As a team complete the following:
Touch down:
300 situps
200 plyo jump squats
150 frog pushups
100 pullups
100 slam balls

Field Goal:
100 KB upper body combo
80 KB swing w/ squat thrust

Extra Point:
100 double-unders

2 Point Conversion
100 burpees
